Don't like kale?  You do now!  Our Winterbor Kale is the talk of the town, moreso because we've converted 100's of kale "nay sayers" into "I can't get enough" customers. More tender than soil-grown kale, the ruffled blue-green leaves have an attractive curl and velvety texture. Great in soups,salads or sauteed. It's tenderness makes for a quicker breakdown when cooking and no need to massage for hours to enjoy your salad.  Need a good recipe? Throw the kale in a bowl, a splash of olive oil, a dash of salt and a squirt of lemon, mix and voila! Eating healthy has never been easier!
